This formulation features Cola®Quat PDQ for a conditioning fabric softener with antistatic properties. This cold mix formula is simple to make and environmentally friendly.

Procedure
- Combine ingredients 1-2 with moderate mixing. Mix until completely homogeneous.
- Add ingredient 3 and mix until homogeneous.
- Add remaining ingredients.
