Procedure
- Disperse xanthan gum in glycerin to create a smooth slurry.
- Add the slurry to water with moderate mixing. Mix until completely hydrated.
- Add ingredients 4 – 7. Mix until uniform.
- Add ingredient 8. Mix until uniform.
- Add ingredients 9 – 10.
- Adjust to pH 5.0 – 5.5 with ingredient 11 (~0.70%).
