This daily shampoo is formulated with sulfate-free ingredients and can be economically made with a cold process. High-foaming Colonial AOS-40 UP is combined with ultra-mild Suga®Citrate L1C MB to produce a mild, rich lather that effectively lifts away oil and buildup. Also featured is Cola®Moist BE 200 MB for moisturization and improved conditioning, so hair and scalp are left feeling clean and nourished.

Procedure

1. Combine ingredients 1 – 2. Once well dispersed, add ingredient 3. Mix for 15 – 30 minutes.
2. Add ingredients 4 – 6 in order. Mix until uniform.
3. Heat to 60 – 65°C. Once at temperature, add ingredient 7. Once completely melted, cool to 40 – 45°C with continued mixing.
4. Once cooled, add the remaining ingredients 8 – 10. Mix until uniform.

Usage Instructions

Apply a small amount to damp hair from roots to ends and comb. Avoid contact with the eyes.
