Foaming Oil Cleanser (Sulfate-Free)

This formulation features Cola®Carb TDC and Cola®Moist 200 in a foaming, hydrating oil cleanser that is made without harsh sulfates to be gentle enough for daily use. Upon contact with water, this oil transforms into a milky lather with a soft foam, allowing for an easy rinse-off and giving you a clean slate without stripping your skin.

Procedure
- Combine ingredients 1 – 4 in order with moderate mixing.
- Adjust to pH 7.0 with ingredient 5.
- Heat to 35 – 40°C and continue mixing until clear.
- Once clear, cool below 35°C and add ingredients 6 – 7.
