Procedure
- Combine ingredients 1-2. Heat to 65-70°C.
- Once at temperature, add ingredients 3-4.
- Mix until ingredients are melted, then adjust pH to 5.0 – 5.5 with Lactic Acid.
- Add ingredient 6.
- Cool to 45°C. Add remaining ingredients.
