Procedure
- In the primary vessel, combine ingredients 1 – 3 while heating to 60 – 65°C.
- Once at temperature, add ingredient 4. Mix until dissolved.
- Add ingredient 5 while maintaining 50 – 60°C.
- Homogenize, then cool to 40 – 45°C.
- Add ingredient 6.
- In a separate vessel, combine ingredients 7 – 8 as a premix.
- Add the premix to the primary vessel and continue mixing for 1 hour.
- Add ingredients 9 – 10. Mix until uniform.

Viscosity (LV3, 12rpm): 3,000 – 6,000 cP
