This Natural Shine Conditioner formula is designed to provide mild, weightless conditioning and a healthy, brilliant shine without buildup. Features Poly Suga®Quat S1210P and Cola®Quat PDQ. Great as a starting formulation, ready to add extracts for luxurious botanical feature.

Procedure
- Heat water to 65ºC with mixing.
- While heating, add ingredients 2 – 3.
- At 65ºC, add ingredient 4 and mix until completely melted.
- Homogenize and cool below 55ºC.
- Add remaining ingredients.
