Procedure
- Combine phase A ingredients with adequate mixing between additions.
- In a separate vessel, combine phase B ingredients with heat.
- Once phase B is homogeneous, add to phase A.
- Cool to 45°C. Add remaining ingredients.
- Adjust pH to 5.5 – 6.0 with citric acid.
