Water-soluble Brine Lubricant
Cola®Drill 100 is a water-soluble brine lubricant. It reduces friction in seawater, sodium chloride, sodium bromide, calcium chloride, and calcium bromide completion fluids. The phospholipid mimetic chemistry offers exceptional reduction in metal-to-metal friction when added to brine-based completion fluids at extremely low concentrations. Cola®Drill 100 is able to reduce torque and drag up to 80% at extremely low concentrations in field applications.
